How to modify information related to my account?
Click on “sign in” under the “Flavor Member” case on the top of the website to change your data.

How much is the shipping?
The shipping costs are calculated automatically via the tariffs of our carrier UPS. Add simply the products you want to buy in your basket. After validation of your order, the price for your shipping will appear before you do your payment.

I forgot my password.
Click on “sign in” under the “Flavor Member” case on the top of the website. In the FlavorPark Member square, click on “forgot your password”.

How do I have to turn over my article?
The articles which you bought on FlavorPark.com can be to turn over to us within a time 7 days (time of retractation laid down by the law) either for exchange (according to the availability of the products), or for refunding. The articles must be in the same state that you received them. They should neither be carried, nor lava, in their packing of origin and with their labels, or else, the article will be returned to you. Also note that the expenses of return (except if error of our share) are with your load and choose a conveyor proposing the follow-up of the parcels to have a traceability.

How do I have to turn over my article?
The products you bought on FlavorPark.com can be returned to us within 7 days (time of revocation allowed by the law) either for exchange (according to the availability of the products), or for refunding. The products must be in the same condition that you received them. They should neither be carried, nor washed, in their original packaging and with their labels. If not, the products will be returned to you. Also note that the shipping fees to return your products will be payable by the customer (except it’s an error in your order).
Before sending back your products, the first thing to do is to send us an e-mail to support@flavorpark.com including your n° of order and the products you want to return. After having checked your information, we will give you a Return Authorization number (RA#) you will have to write on your package.
Send your parcel with a photocopy of your invoice, including your RA# to the following address:

We strongly recommend to you to choose a conveyor allowing you to follow your parcel. In the contrary case, FlavorPark.com declines any responsibility in the event of non reception for the parcel.


I received a bad article:
If you received a bad product, thank you to announce it in the 72h after reception of the parcel, with the following address: support@flavorpark.com.

When my order will be sent?
Your order is sent after validation of your payment. You can check the status of your order by logging in your account. As soon as your order is validated, you will receive an E-invoice and your tracking number when you order will be shipped.

Has my order shipped?
Click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

How to follow my order?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order.

My order never arrived:
Click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. If your order has been proceed, please check your tracking number.
If you didn’t get it or if the status of your order is “delivered” please contact us at support@flavorpark.com for assistance.
In any case of anomaly, send an email to support@flavorpark.com.
